Alhamdulillah. Larian sebelum meeting jam 9 pg

Lari tapi pastu kaki sakit?
Lari tapi macam tak naik2 sangat pace. Asyik situ aje. Paling kuat pace 5.
Lari tp mcm asyik terasa payah aje.

Core strength.

Ko boleh aje lari tak buat workout/core strength tp sampai satu peringkat ianya stuck.

Melainkan ko dah puas hati mcm tu takpalah stay aje mcm gitu. Contohnya sampai pace 5 aje tak ubah2.

Aku pun sebenarnya on off buat workout core strength ni. Tu kenkadang on off aje performance.

Ko nak maintain dan power up larian ko, kene pastikan running form baik core strength kene buat seminggu 1-3 kali. Spend 30 minit sehari aje.

Bile core strength bagus iaitu Kaki ko kuat, muscle badan kuat, perut kuat, dan lain2 kuat, nanti masa ko lari, ianya steady aje.

Pace ko akan adjustable dari 5 ke 4. Kemudian ko lari pace 4 pun mcm relax aje. Walaupun ko tak pernah lari jauh2.

Cuma tu la problemnye. Aku sendiri nak maintain pun payah core workout ni. Hahahhaa. Disiplin beb. Disiplin lari. Hahahah
