Larian 10km yg kerap

Aku makin kerap buat 10km running skg ni. Mostly easy run aje sebab target nak perkuatkan endurance aku for any 10km running event. So if ada event, aku dah prepared for both 10km or maybe Half Marathon event. Or even 42km pun Alhamdulillah.Selesai larian pagi ni. Semalam hujan tak dpt nak berlari paginye.
