1. Please download and print out the following form and complete it before I come to your office/LI

2. Please make sure your supervisor fill in the related form while you fill in your related form.

3. Please bring this form to me when I’m coming to your office/LI visit and thus safe time from waiting for you to fill in.

4. Make sure to let your supervisor put in the envelope or secure the form from letting you to know your evaluation. Or perhaps your supervisor can hand in the related form personally to me if your supervisor is available.

5. I’m not expecting powerful presentation but as long as you got something to tell about your precious 10 weeks of LI, it is ok.

6. I’m no also expecting to visit all places (some sorts of tour) but I just need to have a story from yourself about what you have done and what have you learned.

7. Any information I will update and keep in touch via email.

8. Attached is LI Report Format and what the cover looks like

9. So, perhaps you guys can finish earlier your report or maybe send by post to me later on it is up to you. You know that you need to send a report to me right?

10. Log books? yes, perhaps you can send and give it together with the LI Report. It is up to you to give when as long as before the due date that I also don’t know.

11. Instruction from faculty below:

Ini adalah panduan dan juga format penulisan LI Sarjana Muda. Jumlah helaian minimum laporan akhir bagi sarjana muda adalah 40 muka surat (bagi LI dengan kod BENU 3005 / 3006).

Laporan akhir ini mestilah diikat dengan comb binding berwarna hitam (untuk pelajar sarjana muda)

Penghantaran laporan akhir adalah DIWAJIBKAN untuk semua pelajar FKEKK kerana ini adalah salah satu bukti yang akan disemak oleh Penilai dari EAC, Lembaga Jurutera Malaysia.

11. So, make sure to follow what they have told in the instruction above.

3. Prosesnya macam ni, saya akan melawat kamu, kemudian saya jumpa kamu bersama-sama penyelia di dalam satu bilik atau tempat yang diatur khas oleh kamu. Kemudian kamu akan diinterview oleh saya. Setelah itu, kamu duduk kat luar pula dan saya akan bincang prestasi dengan penyelia kamu. Kemudian kamu akan dipanggil balik dan selesai proses lawatan LI.

4. Mohon anda semua update pada laman ini setiap hari/dua hari sekali untuk memastikan anda tidak tertinggal apa2.
