Event: NPE HIGHWAY Challenge 2019

Kondisi:

Okeh. Aku lost of motivational dah ni. Setelah hampir 2 tahun tak pernah atas sejam 10km, inj maksudnya aku dah tepu minda.

Total Time: 1 hour and 3 minutes

Running Time: Around 50-51 minutes (around 8.5km-9km)

Walking Time: Around 12-13 minutes!!! (Around 1-1.5km)

So kene rest and take motivation thinking kejap. Bagi dptkan mood berlari balik.

Jalan.mmg banyak lagi jalan kali ni..tengah jalan moral down dan pikir nak tamatkan aje.

I found a way to fix this you simple do the following steps as I just got off chat with support team.

1. Within windows go to RUN command and type Services.msc and hit enter, on the ‘Services’ window locate Nvidia Telemetry Container – Right click – Properties – Log on – Click on Local System Account (also make sure the option ‘Allow the service to interact with the desktop’ is checked. – now click Apply

2. Now Right click on ‘Nvidia Telemetry container service’ and select ‘start’ if it is not already running. 

3. Go to RUN command – Services.msc locate the below three services right click and select ‘start’ or ‘restart’ option to enable these services
a) Nvidia Display service container b) Nvidia Local System Container c) Nvidia Network Service Container

Tajuk Larian Kali Ini: Singgah Minum 100+ setiap stesen hahahhaha.

SJMC RUN 10km

Kasut: Reebok Harmony Road

Status: Pertama sekali Alhamdulillah dapat menyempurnakan larian tanpa sakit kaki keterlaluan. Walaupun catatan masa teruk juga sebab track bagus tetapi somehow bila masuk km ke 5 dan keatas mula putus asa. Dan aku SINGGAH semua stesen air minum hahahahha amender la sedangkan sebelum ni takde pun masa berlatih minum. Nak kata penat tak masuk akal juga tetapi somehow kaki terasa berat dan pikir bila la nak abis ni. Banyak berjalan dalam 100-200 meter setiap 1km bila dah masuk km ke-5. Secara amnya berpuas hati kerana ini kali pertama buat 10km setelah seminggu selepas raya dulu (3 minggu lepas), dan kaki baru pulih dari injured. Will do better next time. Entahlah, somehow something wrong dan energy tak bersemangat nak tekan after 5km.

Secara ringkas:

Km 1-3: Follow pace org satu group ni yg buat pace 5:00 tapi last2 depa lak slow skit dan cuba potong dan lari. Singgah minum 100+ masa stesen km 3

Km 4-5: nak gain speed tp somehow stuck with that pace and badan tak react for faster pace (tp HR mmg ok dan kaki ok).

Km 6-8: dah start jalan lari dan setiap stesen berenti minum air hundred 100 wakakakkakakaka. Penuh perut bawak air. Mmg pikir bila la nk tamat ni

Km 9-10: cuba lari setiap 200 meter berjalan. Tu average pace tak betul setiap km wakakakkaka. Pecut skit last2. Minum air lagi kat km ke 9 hahahahhaha. Hujan start renyai.

Future Works: Kene increase mileage per week untuk mantapkan larian 10km. Interval kene buat dan Hill Training kat Botanikal Garden kene alternate buat.
