Salam,
Sebab?
Pro:
- Room = super awesome and large (Promenade Deluxe Suite)
- Breakfast = great and met our expectations (we were having a breakfast at Promenade Deluxe Lounge for all four days)
- Water heater and bath tub were functional correctly (meaning it didnt turn hot or cold suddenly without reason)
- Fast room check in and check out (at 11th floor)
- All section in the room were covered with mat (carpet) except toilet section.
- Parking is free except for one time access need to pay rm4. Just remember to get a chop from the reception and show your stamped parking ticket when leaving the parking area via the parking barrier counter guy.
Cons:
- Our shower floor drainage experiencing clogged when showering even in the short time.
- Slippery tiles at the toilet and sink section. They should change it.
- They should change or put some unlock/lock access for the sliding door between the bed and the wardrobe section since small kid (we brought 1 year old kid) always play with it (open and close the sliding door frequently)
- Toilet door also should be put unlock/lock access. And the toilet door is also not fully covered (there is a 0.3 cm gap between the toilet door and the door panel).
- We hate so much that type of bidet toilet seat. Yeah really hate it.
