Larian 10km yg kerap

Aku makin kerap buat 10km running skg ni. Mostly easy run aje sebab target nak perkuatkan endurance aku for any 10km running event. So if ada event, aku dah prepared for both 10km or maybe Half Marathon event. Or even 42km pun

Alhamdulillah.
Selesai larian pagi ni. Semalam hujan tak dpt nak berlari paginye. Ptg pulak panas so just target tgk pagi ni mcm mane. Alhamdulillah just mendung. Mmg smp skg pun mendung aje. Difahamkan ramalan cuaca kata tengahhari hujan lebat. Dalam kampus tadi pun terserempak geng2 staf yg baru nak ride (berbasikal). Tengah berkumpul lagi aku sempat la menyapa beberapa org yg aku kenal. Macam nak ride jauh aje tu (more than 50km kot) sebab gaya berkumpul ni selalunye mesti long distance takkan ler ciput aje jarak.
