Larian Ahad

Assalammualaikum dan Salam pagi guys.

30minit jogging
5 minutes walk
3km run (pace 4:17;4:21, and 4:26)
And 2km walk

Lari. Hobi aku selain game yg aku seronok buat. Bestnya sama mcm game sebab ikut suka ko nak lari mcm mana. Sensorang and tak perlu partner most of the time. Kecuali nak buat larian beramai2. Nak tekan laju pun takpe, slow pun takpe. Sama mcm game, nak main single player pun boleh, multiplayer pun boleh. Anytime.

Training aku arini adalah nak maintain sub 4:20-4:25 untuk 3km. Alhamdulillah menjadi tp aku. Rase terseksa skit dgn kasut Xtep 160X 2.0 carbon plate aku ni.

Carbon plate shoes ni “keras”. Melainkan if kaki ko kuat. If tak pakai aje kasut lari yg jenis nylon plate atau carbon composite plate. Dua dua ni lebih lembut. If ko jenis gi gym kuatkan kaki jugak selain lari bagus pakai carbon plate mcm geng2 kenya ni. Depa kaki mcm besi dan laju. Ko boleh guna carbon plate shoes tp pastikan kaki tu kuatkan jugak. Aku pun tak berani sgt pakai kasut carbon plate kecuali kaki dah kuat sikit. Tapi tadi aku lari boleh lagi la manage.

Aku sarankan tak perlu sgt ko nak beli carbon plate shoes melainkan ko nak kejar pace atlit2. Atau nak tunjuk lagak aje hahahahah. Nylon based atau carbon composite okeh. (Carbon fiber tak sama dgn carbon composite sebab composite tu campuran carbon with other things)
