Lari 5km

Alhamdulillah.

Aku tak dapat nak buat SCKLM punya run sebab still in recovery lagi but nak dekat fully baik dah ni InsyaAllah back to training betul dalam next week (awal Dec). Dua KM pertama just concentrate bawak budak dalam stroller. Kemudian stop and sambung run 3 km set dalam zone 2-3 aje. So tadi mmg just lari dgn tenang dan average mostly dalam zone 2 (lactate threshold HR)

Berlari ni kena maintain. If tak maintain maka susah nak progress better. So just lari aje walaupun bad run. If injured rehat kejap and then sambung balik. Jgn berhenti terus.
